Located in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, Terrace Duplex overlooks the High Line. At its center, a marble- and lacquer-clad stairwell connects the two levels and frames an arched opening to the main living spaces above. This central core extends to the lower level, where it becomes an intimate entertainment area.

Designed to maximize natural light and city views, the main living and dining spaces open onto an expansive terrace through large sliding doors. Changes in ceiling height guide the eye from the foyer into the open-plan living areas. Outside, custom planters organize the stepped terrace into distinct areas for dining, lounging, and relaxation.

Terrace Duplex brings together urban living and bespoke design, creating a home where interior spaces and landscaped terraces flow seamlessly into one another.
